Remote Project Coordinator For Multinational Translation And Interpretation Company

The Project Coordinator manages multiple and competing projects in a fast:paced environment. Manages subcontractor translators, and ensures that client project requests are assigned, produced, and received back from translators on time, within budget, and to the companys high standards.

The Project coordinators ultimate goal is to produce high:quality translation and support the flawless execution of projects for the Translation team. You will have superior analytical and problem:solving skills. You also work well under pressure.

You have proven experience in using CAT Tools. MemoQ is preferred; Trados, Wordfast, and OmegaT are acceptable.

You are also diligent, flexible, adaptable,
and are able to travel occasionally for staff retreats and work:related meetings.

: Translating documents from English to Spanish.

: Assessing translator expertise for an upcoming project.

: Defining and outlining clear and accurate job instructions for a translation assignment.

: Monitoring submitted translation projects for accuracy.

: Communicating with translators working on active projects to answer questions, clarify scope, and resolve issues.

Requirements:

2+ years experience as a Translator, Interpreter or Project Manager in the translation industry, handling TEP + DTP projects

2+ years experience working in a multinational company, sales or customer service experience will be a plus

Command of MemoQ and XTM

Excellent communication skills and English level

Strong social skills, admin skills and attention to detail

Full: time availability during early morning shift or night shift.
