Remote Ruby/Rails Engineer

WeDidIt, a part of Allegiance Fundraising Group, is a tech company that helps schools and nonprofits fundraise online. Our fundraising platform helps nonprofits raise money for the causes they care about. We’re based in Fargo, ND but have developers in New York and Argentina as well. We’re in search of talented mid-to-senior Ruby on Rails engineers to join our tech team and help us develop our product, which utilizes big data (social & financial) to help our customers identify more fundraising opportunities within their existing networks.

Requirements:
* 3+ years Ruby/Rails programming experience
* Strong BDD with Rspec / Capybara
* Ability to communicate effectively in English
* Independent self-starter needing minimal supervision

Our tech stack: Ruby on Rails, ElasticSearch, Redis, MySQL, ElasticBeanstalk

Nice to have:
* DevOps experience
* CI / CD automation
* Machine Learning
