Job Description Resale Finance NA Associate
Key Responsibilities The role involves the day-to-day processing of finance activities for the Resale business, including:
- Provide end to end Finance cover including Procurement to Resale business.
- Billing and revenue recognition.
- Setting up WBS elements and clients.
- Creation of Purchase Orders for Resale business
- Analyze and reconcile Resale WBS elements.
- Order tracking and management, liaison with clients, project teams and other finance teams (CFM)
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders (attending calls, providing reports, resolving issues or delays).
- Report from a daily operational standpoint to a Senior Analyst based in BA.
- Develop an understanding of Finance policy and Legal issues
- Ensure all internal controls adhered to.

Requisitos
Skills Required
- Accounting background with strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent english
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Ability to interact with varying levels of people within the organization in different time zone
- The ability to work to a well defined process, dealing with exceptions as they occur.
- Positive proactive attitude and flexibility.
- Demonstrated focus on customer services coupled with a flexible, can-do attitude
- A high level of organisational skills is required to ensure accurate records ofrequests and appropriate follow up and reporting.
- Experience using SAP is preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Financial and/or other relevant Bachelor’s studies
- Experience working in a customer service-related environmentan advantage
- Knowledge of Accenture's organization and offerings an advantage
