Descripción de la Plaza/nOur client, a multinational technology company, is looking for a Resource Analyst (temporary position for 6 months by the agency).
The RAs responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Identification of available subcontractor resources.
Initiating and negotiating Service Provider Agreements and Statements of Work.
Create Purchase Orders (POs), review reports for contractor time entries, and initiate receiving on POs.
Contribute to overall practice reports on weekly metrics related to consultant schedules, requirements status, and consultant nomination status
Support resourcing reporting.
Experience and Abilities required:
Previous experience with subcontractor, supplier management, and onboarding in the Consulting business.
Experience with Procurement.
Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow:through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected
Strong English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills a must to interact with management and suppliers
Ability to respond to internal/external customer needs in an expedited fashion, commitment to follow through, diligent, and customer service oriented.
Must be able to provide statistical trend data in MS Excel.
The position will be based at Puerto Madero (CABA).
Working time: du Apply business hours roughly 8 am :4:30 pm
Start day: 1st June 2020
