Position Description
This is a highly visible demand planning and operations role on a high performance team whose objective is to achieve industry-leading consumer PC operations. Responsibilities include demand forecasting, supply commits, inventory planning, and managing corresponding retail account operations. Close collaboration with cross-functional groups such as business planning, product management, sales, marketing, supply chain, global business unit, and customer support teams is paramount to achieve key objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Accountability for Retail specific supply/demand and operations management.
• E2E ownership of SKU lifecycle management including, forecasting, commits, CPFR and FGI.
• Continuously improve forecasting techniques, method, and approach with the objective of achieving optimum accuracy.
• Evolve and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and IT system requirements.
• Own disposition of finished goods end-to-end.
• Own and manage the supply commit process.
• Be the primary operations representative to retail accounts and cross- functional peers.
Position Requirements
Required:
• Minimum 4 years of Retail and/or e-commerce experience in the areas of supply chain, planning or operations.
• Minimum 2 years of customer interface experience.
• Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) management experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics principles

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to think strategically.
