What You Will DoOperational Support: Assist in maintaining and optimizing RevOps systems and tools, including Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and sales engagement tools.Data Integrity: Perform routine data audits and updates to ensure accuracy and consistency across all RevOps systems.Process Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for RevOps processes and procedures to ensure clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.Reporting Assistance: Support the generation and distribution of regular reports on key performance metrics for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and CX teams to align processes and tools with business objectives.Tool Administration: Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of RevOps tools and platforms to ensure seamless usage by team members.Training Support: Help onboard new team members by providing training on RevOps tools and processes.Project Participation: Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the RevOps team, such as system upgrades or process improvements.Feedback Collection: Act as a liaison to gather feedback from users on RevOps tools and processes to support continuous improvement.Reports to RevOps ManagerWhat You Will Bring1-3 years in an operational or administrative role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.Strong English is mandatory.Above average organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic understanding of sales and marketing processes.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about improving processes to drive business success.Preferred QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams.Time zone: Buenos Aires (GMT-3)
