In this role, you will also play a crucial role in building/enhancing overall Technogym employer branding awareness and developing a network with key talent communities for short/long term opportunities
Responsibilities
Responsible for the identification of the most effective recruiting network, university network, targeted community, aggregators.
Liaise with HR business partners and business leaders to gain insight into the short/mid/long term business needs and talent challenges.
Use data-based evidence to address the strategy to engage new competencies and nurture the business needs in terms of transformation.
Define strategic initiatives to build up talent pipelines for every process-pillars.
Recommend continuous improvement to practices, processes, or policies to advance the Talent Acquisition function.
Create training formats for the development of our vivaio, in collaboration with business leaders.
Manage support for development and insertion paths, such as scheduling appointments, creating materials, developing steps and evaluation methods, managing feedback and long-term contacts.
Work globally: partner with the international HR Managers' team and participate in global projects to support the delivery of the overall TA strategies
Plan and develop innovative Employer Branding and Talent Attraction strategies, establishing long-term relationships with best-in-class University partners and Schools.
Act as a true Technogym brand ambassador, define and execute communications to positively position and increase employment brand awareness in the market
Manage the presence of the company in a multi-channel HR perspective
Requirements
+ 5 years experience with full life-cycle, alumni relation & acquisition in the internationally operating company
MBA or MD in Marketing
+ 2 years experience in developing and creating training plans
Knowledge of LinkedIn, and advanced recruiting searching tools
Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with a strong customer service mindset
Business Partnership approach & Hunting love
Strong teamwork and ability to listen and at the same time to influence others
Drive, tenacity, client-focused and results-oriented
Demonstrable knowledge and relationships with international student communities
Passion for Sports, Enthusiasm, Humility, Pro-activity, and Ethics complete the desired profile
Expertise in the use of ATS and talent relationship management tools, knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus
