Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct outreach to prospects via email and LinkedIn, actively identifying new business opportunities.Meeting Setup: Proactively and persistently set up meetings with potential clients to introduce agency services and explore partnership opportunities.Sales Support: Assist US sales by preparing materials, proposals, and presentations tailored to prospective clients' needs.Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.Administrative Assistance: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and support sales follow-ups to ensure smooth operations.Market Research: Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.CRM Management: Update and organize CRM systems to accurately reflect client relationships, sales progress, and lead generation efforts.Reporting: Compile sales metrics and reports to assist the team in tracking goals and identifying growth opportunities.Collaboration: Work closely with all relevant teams to align sales efforts with broader agency objectives.Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years in a sales support, administrative, or related role; experience in advertising, influencer marketing, or branded content is a plus.Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.Passion for Social Media and Influencer Marketing: A strong interest, understanding, and passion for how social media and influencer marketing drive engagement and brand growth.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who is accountable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Cultural Awareness: Interest or experience in US and multicultural marketing are strong pluses.Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with US-based team members and clients.Research Skills: Ability to conduct and synthesize market and client research.Equal Opportunity Employer:
