SummaryResponsible for executing the product strategy and staying within budget, implementing solutions from the product line. Achieve the assigned revenue budget, complying with the defined margins and returns on investment and aligned with the pricing strategy for products and services. Fulfills the customer demands together with the AM, providing an offer within an agreed-upon deadline. Transmits the qualities and capabilities of the products to increase the knowledge of the sales force and the assigned customers, incentivating the sale of all products (maximizes the wallet-share). Participates actively in up-selling and cross-selling activities, increasing the revenue on the assigned customer base and minimizing churn. Is an internal contact for delivery during the start-up of a new project. Responsible for the answer in due form and due time to the quotation process. Must have a strategic vision of the company and the line of product.

Knowledge, Skills or Abilities7+ years telecommunications experience with technical working knowledge of voice, data, data center and transport technologies. 4+ years working in a technical sales role
Experience with Siebel, Dokuviz and ERP (JDE, Oracle) systems required
English proficiency at B1 level strongly recommended. Portuguese (spanish) proficiency at A2 level desirable
Proficient in MS Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Advanced understanding of voice/data/internet applications, communications technology and network design. Advanced understanding of technical terminology related to company products and services. Requires general knowledge of voice and data communications equipment
Intermediate understanding of company financial measures. Intermediate understanding of telecom industry and sales cycles
Expert on the company's products and solutions
Very strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, very strong negotiation skills
Proactive communication style. Must be able to extract hidden or unrealized customer requirements and gain consensus on these requirements with the customer. Able to develop relationships and communicate with customer's high-level and technical staff
Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented and customer-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction
Advanced analytical skills. Methodical, organized and detail-oriented. Able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously
