Key skills needed for the position of Sales Executive:

- Previous experience in a B2B sales environment is essential.

- Applicant would ideally have field experience but training will be given.

- Experienced in telesales.

- Strong communication skills.

- Highly motivated.

- Strong written/administrative skills.

Main responsibilties:

- To conduct both new business development and account management of existing clients.

- To build strong relationships with customers in order to fully understand their needs.

- To ensure all sales enquires are dealt with in a proactive manner.

- To maintain a consistent approach to up-selling.

- To research the local market, identify new target customers and market trends.

- Co-ordinate sales activities.

- To call or visit potential customers for new business and represent the company at exhibitions and networking events.

- To undertake an on-going programme of marketing, mail shots and sales activities.
