Sales Force Training & Development Mgr

Work Location: Buenos Aires (Olivos) TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

RESPONSABILITIES:

In partnership with the Global Learning and Performance Director and Global Therapeutic Leads, this position will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all therapeutic training within Argentina. This position will work directly with the local sales, marketing, and medical teams to deliver:

• A comprehensive New Hire (onboarding) Training Curriculum, across the entire Amgen product portfolio (Oncology, Inflammation, General Medicine, Nephrology)
• Support Sales and Marketing on the development of Ongoing Sales Training within the country to support yearly Sales Meetings
• Co-Manage and organize new product launches in conjunction with Global Therapeutic Leads
• Deliver Leadership Training to District Managers

REQUIREMENTS:

– Bachelor degree –Preferably in marketing or business

– Combined experience of at least 6 years working in the biopharmaceutical industry in Sales leadership positions

– Desirable experience in trainings and staff development

– Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

– Experience in multiple therapeutic area (Oncology, Cardiovascular, Inflammation, Nephrology) -Strong clinical and scientific competencies

– Strong presentation and coaching/feedback skills
– Excellent planning and organization skills
– Ability to work well in teams and collaborate
