About the Role: Manages daily operations of a sales team working with select clients or client groups to achieve business goals and resolve client issues.
Experience in the energy sector — particularly in power generation or oil & gas — is highly valued. What you will do: Deliver sales targets and increase market share for company products in the Power Generation market.Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff promoting and selling Solar's products and solutions, ensuring high customer service levels before and after sales.Manage and direct a sales force to meet sales and profit goals; determine discount rates.Identify selling opportunities, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance business relationships.What you have: Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and satisfaction in business decisions, creating customized solutions.Industry Knowledge: Understand industry trends, major issues, regulations, and how to apply this knowledge in diverse situations.Relationship Management: Establish and maintain healthy relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Analyze situations accurately and make informed decisions.Business Development: Explore and develop potential growth areas for the organization.Sales Forecasting: Use sales forecasting tools and techniques to estimate market trends.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.Bilingual Requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish.Relocation assistance is available for this position.Posting Dates: June 6, 2025 - June 19, 2025
