Sales & Marketing Associate

Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Associate is responsible for selling and marketing Mosquito Joe's specialized mosquito and tick control services Training for the Sales & Marketing Associate will be provided by the Operations Manager.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

- Manage and execute customer sales process via phone and online sales channels

- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or email to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues

- Manage customer accounts via proprietary software system

- Monitor the completion of field technician schedules on a daily basis

- Complete billing and invoicing of customers on a daily basis

- Daily, weekly,
monthly tracking of customer accounts to make sure customer is fully satisfied with our ervices and the company is paid on time by the customer.

- Create email, social media and direct mail marketing campaigns

- Implement SEO strategies including relevant keyword

- Maintain web page and Facebook page.

- Work with contracted company tio implement SEO strategies including relevant keywords

Education and Experience

- High school diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED) or equivalent

- Competent computer skills including Google Mail and MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, etc.)

- Strong administrative, organization and filing skills

- Phone sales experience preferred, not required

- Internet marketing experience preferred but not required
