- Purpose: Design, generate, and analyze sales data for the sales team and management, including reports on sales activities and trend analyses.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commercialization, Business Administration, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or related roles.
Skills include analytical thinking, proactivity, initiative, good organizational skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
Manage local CRM or Salesforce; coordinate commercial reports and administrative tasks such as supplier registration, invoice follow-up, and contracts.Coordinate events, conferences, and congresses.Generate reports to track sales performance metrics like quota attainment, sales growth, pending POs, and expenses.Provide data and insights to support sales management decision-making and influence sales team behaviors.Forecast sales force headcount for strategic planning.Implement and monitor sales awards, contests, and promotions criteria.Create tools or facilitate their creation for tracking compensation and performance metrics.Gather survey and account data for quota setting and strategic planning.Collaborate with sales management on quota and budget allocation.Work with IS to troubleshoot and optimize systems and processes, recommending improvements.Train sales team on systems, policies, procedures, and reporting tools.- Quality System Commitment: Maintain compliance with quality policies and procedures, demonstrating a commitment to patient safety and product quality.
