**Job summary**
The Red Hat Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Intern to join us in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In this role, you will support the Latin America (LATAM) Sales team in providing systems and processes which add value by increasing sales productivity through analysis of current systems and processes and development of new improved systems and processes. You will support existing systems and processes with all functional areas and teams, including the Finance, Marketing, Channel, and Sales teams. This position is open to internal candidates only. Outside candidates, including referrals, are not being accepted at this time.

**Primary job responsibilities**

+ Analyze continuously the existing processes and systems in the Sales team
+ Create new, improved systems and processes using our technology

+ Analyze business practices; communicate and train new processes for the Sales team

+ Support sales opportunity management in a customer relationship management (CRM) tool like Salesforce.com (SFDC)

+ Oversee monthly and quarterly processes including data manipulation and reconciliations
+ Be responsible for operational input into various projects

+ Communicate closely with other functions including the Finance, Channel Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Services teams

+ Investigate ways to improve reporting

+ Create user-friendly sales figure reports for the field teams in coordination with data issued by the Finance and Business Intelligence (BI) teams
+ Deliver training for Sales and other functions

**Required skills**

+ Bachelor's degree ongoing, preferably in business, IT, or engineering, with graduation in 2022 or later
+ Sales operations or sales administrative experience in the IT industry

+ Background using SFDC or other CRM tools and office systems like spreadsheet, word, and presentations tools

+ Excellent spreadsheet management skills using Microsoft Excel, LibreCalc, or Google Sheets

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated experience communicating value, progress, and status of sales business to required stakeholders and different audiences
+ Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team

+ Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English

+ Knowledge of sales cycles, models, tools, lead waterfall processes, and end-to-end business processes is a plus
