The Lenovo Enterprise Storage organization is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead its strategic partner relationships. This position will develop and lead the partner strategy for Lenovo’s worldwide Storage offering. This business leader will work with strategic partners to develop and build relationships that grow the world wide Storage business. This position requires a strategic thinker who has the ability to think and execute on both a strategic and tactical level.

This position will perform the following functions:

• Lead joint Product Marketing activities between Lenovo and our partners
• Build executive relationships. Lead and manage Quarterly Executive Business Reviews.
• Work and negotiate with the partner to develop joint innovation and collaboration
• Identify and implement growth/improvement opportunities with the support of Lenovo internal teams: development, product marketing, planning, fulfillment and procurement
• Track and drive actions to meet quarterly operational business objectives
• Management of Marketing Develop Funds. Work with product marketing and the geographies to ensure marketing funds benefit is maximized during the quarter.

A successful candidate needs to be able to understand Lenovo go to market processes and integrate with the team to make sound decisions and recommendations. The ability to analyze and communicate complex issues and solutions, and be an agent of change is also essential.

Position Requirements
You must have the following skills to be considered:
• 5+ years’ experience in the IT industry
• 2+ years of Product Marketing and/or Project Management experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• 4 year degree in a business or technical related field, MBA or Masters degree is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
