Sales Support Manager

This position would suit a knowledgable and experienced Finance professional with proven experience of running teams, preferably at the frontend of a funder.

Responsibilities of the role are wide ranging but include (and are not limited to):

- Liaising with introducers and suppliers.

- Working closely with the Sales and Credit teams to resolve any issues that arise.

- Overseeing the management of the company?s in house database.

- Ensuring the pay out process runs smoothly and efficiently.

- Recommending changes and improvements where necessary.

- Dealing with the training and motivation in the business team.

- Reporting directly to the MD you will also provide monthly reports to the board and attend meetings as required.

The successful candidate will have a real influence of the way of business operates and will be given freedom to make any process changes deemed to be beneficial.
