Position Description
This position, NA Salesforce.com Developer Position, is a vital part of the North American Sales & Enablement Team in maintaining efficient & effective operations, enhancements and governance within our sales organization. This person will work independently with Sales, Operations & BT/IT teams as well as Suppliers to create, execute and maintain the most efficient & effective end- to-end operations and data to maximize internal and external user satisfaction. Lenovo is a top 100 customer of Salesforce.com globally and uses a broad array of the platform for everything from presales to warranty fulfillment. The ideal candidate is passionate about salesforce and learning about all aspects of the system, including Live Agent, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Consoles, Marketing Automation and the various APIs such as the tooling, reporting and metadata APIs. We also use a wide array of AppExchange tools, including Apttus, Callidus, and FinancialForce.

Position Requirements
Salesforce.com Developer certification
- Experience in Apex programming and Visualforce
-Experience with Data Loader, Demandtools or other SFDC data management tools
-Web development experience in CSS, HTML and Javascript
-Experience architecting technical requirements based on business requirements
- Object oriented development experience a plus
- Relational Database Management Skills
- Expertise in performance tuning concepts and practices involving in Salesforce.com
- Worked with multiple AppExchange products
- Attention to detail / good organizational skills
- Understanding of data structures and sales process workflows
- Self-starter with initiative to proactively identify potential issues
- Good communication & teamwork skills, thriving in cross-functional environment
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in professional services, sales or sales operations nice to have
- 2-3 years of Salesforce.com systems integration and/or implementation experience or development required
