We are looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead to join the team of one of our most important clients.
Essential FunctionsCollaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements thoroughly and analyze their business needs in relation to Salesforce CPQ.Provide guidance and recommendations on how Salesforce CPQ functionality can best align with and support clients' business goals.Assist in creating project plans and timelines, outlining the steps required for successful Salesforce CPQ implementation.Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction and support to ensure the successful execution of Salesforce CPQ projects.Play a hands-on role in configuring, customizing, and integrating Salesforce CPQ solutions as per client requirements.Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards throughout the Salesforce CPQ implementation process.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable insights.Cultivate and manage strong client relationships, actively managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Provide mentorship to team members.Ensure the delivered Salesforce CPQ solutions meet high-quality standards.Required Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in computer or information science-related field or commensurate experience required.Proven experience as a Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect or similar role.Strong understanding of CPQ processes and workflows.Expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration, customization, and integration.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Salesforce CPQ certifications are a plus.Benefits: Being part of one of the TOP companies.
