We areLooking for a lead senior SAP CRM Techno Functional consultant who has

- Expertise in supporting Sales, Marketing and CIC areas: Campaign Management, Opportunity Management, Sales Contract Management, and Customer Interaction center. Proficient in all CRM related configurations, enhancement points and customizations.
- Knowledge and experience in ABAP / OO ABAP, BADI & Action framework, batch job monitoring, email management, IC Web framework.
- SAP CRM 7.0 Web UI experience is a must.
- Proven experience in work planning, capacity utilization and solutioning for customer reported SAP issues and enhancements in support environment.
- Experience in working with larger teams and coordination with other interrelated non-SAP application teams and other internal IT teams to provide resolutions and closure of reported issues
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English and possess good communication skills

Experience in Utility industry is a plus.
