Sap Hana System Engineer

TGV AMERICASis looking for aSAP HANA System Engineerfor assignment @ NYC
The HANA engineering consultants will report to senior ERP staff and will primarily support the team’s design, build and operationalization of on-going implementation of HANA, including in respect of upgrades.

Functional duties:
A. HANA operations and BW/HANA/BO Upgrades
B. HANA Monitoring and Performance enhancement:
C. HANA analytics, Development, Modelling and Reporting:
D. Harmonization of Security model of Hana authorizations:

This Job requires:
• BS in Engineering Computer science, Information Systems;
• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on SAP HANA experience as a SAP BASIS Lead/Architect, with a particular focus on HANA’s underlying technical operations, HANA programming, implementation of upgrades as well as performance enhancements of HANA.

Experience shall also include:
- technical support to SAP database, particularly SAP BW;
- hands-on experience with HANA system monitoring, table space management;
- backup, recovery, modelling and reporting;
- experience in Installing, configuring and Monitoring Business Objects.

• SAP certifications on the above are expected;
• SAP Public Sector experience is desirable;
• Ability to work with a diverse and integrated team consisting of application developers, infrastructure officers, and contractors.
