TGV is looking for a SAP Transportation Management and Event Management specialist.
Functional duties:
- Following SAP and Agile methodologies, standards and SAP ERP/TM implementation best practices, contribute to the design, build and implementation roll-out of the SAP TM & EM solution for Transportation Planning, Execution and Management.
- Support the gathering and definition of requirements for the SAP-based TM & EM solution in Umoja, working with the various concerned Umoja teams in transitioning, testing and providing further feedback with respect to functional requirements.
- Contribute to the preparation of business specification documents, functional specification documents and training materials, inter alia.
- Contribute to the preparation of test cases and execution of testing cycles to support the delivery of SAP TM & EM functionality, including the provision of demos of out-of-the-box modules on request.
- Maintain track monitoring on the deadlines and deliverables and communicate status updates to the project lead against milestones, escalating as appropriate.
- Perform knowledge transfer to Umoja Functional and Technical team
- Provide master data conversion and management, go-live preparation and post-go live functional and technical support, including acting as focal point to address questions/issues and services requests regarding the implementation of the Umoja Transportation Management solution.
- Record and follow up on tracking incidents or production change related work orders.

Accounting Integration with ECC (PO/SES/Accruals)
Supplier Collaboration Portal and integration to TM & ECC.
Integration of Transportation requirements Originating from non-SAP Systems.
Forwarding Order Management, Quotation Process, Agreement & Product service catalogs and settlement document.
Document Management and Output Management
Event management on EM portal and/or on Supplier Collaboration Portal
Extensive customization/Integration experience on EM to be able to design, implement and integrate standard/custom EM events into TM Processes/documents
Experience in implementing BRF+, Webservices, ERP Workflow integration to TM, TM/Portal Screen Enhancements
Extensive experience in designing/Configuring Conditions, Planning/selection profiles
Experience implementing integration to External Suppliers, Carriers and third-Party EM service providers to record TM Actions/Events
Container Management from Inbound Logistics Perspective
Deep Business Knowledge in Transportation area and best practices
Deep understanding of TM from the perspective of Inbound Logistics (Procurement) and Stock Transfers
KPI reporting & Alert Monitoring to support Supply Chain event management visibility
Infrastructure and Administration
Security and Role-design for TM EM Solution scope as well as role testing.

Experience requirements:
Experience with at least 3 full life-cycle TM and EM implementation projects with at least one ‘greenfield’ project in a hands-on role, including conducting Blueprint sessions with customers and complete functional specs, design, build and deploy.
Functional-Technical experience with implementation of SAP Event Management, in connection with SAP Transportation Management. Including:
Establishing system connections, implementation of relevant BADIs, BRF+ Conditions, coding of relevant extractors, configuration of EM functionality, UI enhancements, Web-Services and exposing relevant data to BI.
Experience with SAP TM [7.0 or 8.0/8.1, or 9.0/9.1 or 9.3/9.4] and Delta functionality for different versions of TM & ERP.
Experience with SAP EM 9.* and Integration to SAP TM 9.*
Experience with implementing Supplier Collaboration Portal from TM perspective.
Understanding of transportation planning, scheduling, route determination, route optimization, freight rate management, tendering, Purchase Order / Sales Order / STO / Delivery integration etc. is mandatory.
Experience in configuring CIF tool from the technical and functional point of view is required. In this contest, it is required a good understanding of the material master data in ECC in relation with TM related aspects and the possible standard enhancements that CIF and TM can provide to meet complex requirements.
Understanding of Transportation Management Business environments of Shippers, and Logistics Service Providers.
Ability to guide the infrastructure team in preparing the SAP Landscape (ECC/SRM/TM) for TM implementation.
Good understanding of SAP Procurement and Sales Processes (SAP MM, SD) along with Shipping (Deliveries)
Good Understanding of TM Freight Invoicing Process Integration from the purposes of ERP FI Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables including Funds Management.
Experience and knowledge of SAP ERP LES/WM module
Relevant SAP Certifications in SAP TM
