SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to join our Business Intelligence department.
You will lead Agile development practices across multiple teams, coaching and supporting them to deliver high-quality products efficiently while fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesServe as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating core ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)Oversee day-to-day team performance, ensuring clear expectations, timely delivery, and alignment with sprint goalsCoach teams on Agile values, principles, and best practices to promote high performance, autonomy, and cross-functionalityIdentify and eliminate obstacles; foster a psychologically safe environment encouraging open communication and experimentationCollaborate with management to maintain a prioritized, well-defined backlog aligned with business goalsMonitor team health and sprint metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to track progress and identify areas for improvementLead hiring efforts, including coordinating interviews, assessments, and selection processesManage onboarding of new team members to ensure smooth integration into Agile workflows and cultureFacilitate team development through mentorship, skill-building, and fostering cross-functional collaborationDesign and deliver training sessions and coaching on Agile practices, tools, and standardsQualifications3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitatorCertified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I or higherStrong knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)No disciplinary actions related to attendance, conduct, or performance in the past 90 daysDesired SkillsExperience with Excel, Google Sheets, SlackHands-on experience with programming languages like Python, SQL, C/C++, JavaHigh-speed Wi-Fi connectionAbility to work in US timezone shifts (EST, CST, MST, PST)Physical DemandsRegularly required to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk, and use hands and tools.
