As a Consultant in CMAAS, you are an important member of the team supporting transaction-
focused projects. In this role,
you will work on accounting and financial reporting related assignments that span across the entire lifecycle of a M&A; deal including preparation of carve-out accounts, supporting sell- and buy-side due diligence activities, post-merger integration and purchase accounting. You will take ownership of parts and work streams of international client-related projects.

Essential
? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 3-5 years work experience in audit or accounting/reporting.
? Solid knowledge of accounting / reporting (IFRS preferably).
? High degree of analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems.
? Willingness to take ownership for tasks and have proven project management expertise.
? Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, verbal and written.
? You can convince others with your concepts, get to the core of issues and contribute to our
success as a true team player.
? Ability to work independently on qualitative and quantitative analyses.
? Team player who is able to engage in international teams.
? Advanced English level, both verbal and written.
? Advanced skills in MS-Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Desirable
? Experience in preparing IFRS compliant financial statements and reviewing and commenting on financial statements.
? German knowledge.
