Position Description:
Overall Description:
Ownership of SEM program execution, with KPIs focused on sales conversion and web marketing activities for eCommerce route for LAS countries. Key responsibilities includes planning, implementing and measuring performance of different campaigns in a permanent interlock with web merchandisers and business areas. Monitor performance vs targets, execute account optimizations and report results.
Measurement:
Performance measurements (3x3 KPI's) will be directly tied to key P&L metrics for eCommerce sales. This includes revenue, margin, AUR, GP, PTI, Share in online stores, user experience and customer satisfaction results (in retail and lenovo.com). Optimization metrics should be focused on ROAS, CPA and Conversion rate.

This position will work directly with the merchandisers and business owners to define SEM strategies; Involved in weekly meetings with the extended teams (including consumer, marketing, and web production, etc.).

• Ability to stay focused and react to daily market (pricing/promotion) and analytics input.
• Strong leadership and negotiating skills needed to manage relationships with extended teams to ensure proper support.

Position Requirements:
Minimum Education: BA degree on marketing, e-business or related, specializations on web marketing
Minimum Experience: 2yrs running web marketing + 2yrs working on ebusiness sales.
Brand management/web Marketing is a must. Computer product knowledge is a plus.
Self –motivated and able to work independently with little supervision. Possess project leadership abilities.
Skilled in business writing and professional verbal skills. It must have communicational and organizational skills.
Good written and fluent spoken English.
