Senior Account Manager

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Account Manager to manage team to deliver service on accounting operation as well as audit compliance. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.
Preparing accounting Risk Control and supervision are a large part of the accountant’s day-to-day work. The ideal candidate will identify and initiate continuous improvement opportunities for accounting operations.
The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition. This way it can make the right decisions and accomplish long term success.
Some of your responsibilities are:
Closing period actions / verifications
Financial Reporting Monthly/ Quarterly / Annual
Audit owner to ensure compliance
Data Definition and Rule Setting
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Project support and general accounting support for finance and other functions
Requirements
High analytic and reporting skills
High communication skill
Leadership
Multitasking
Fluent oral and written English
Fluent oral and written Portuguese (preferred)
Good at Microsoft office, especially at Excel and PPT
More than 10 years working experiences in Accounting and Audit
Leader or manager experience
SAP/ Oracle experience preferred
USGAAP Knowledge required
