Finance The Finance department manages the company's budgets, forecasts, investments, and provides analysis of our financial performance and strategies.
Job overview and responsibilities Responsible for BSP and CASS accounting processes, refunds, ACM and ADMs management, ticket taxes calculation, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts (local and corporate), and preparing local and corporate journal entries.
Works closely with the Manager to support local accounting processes, external audits, and tax filings.
Responsible for data input for Payroll, reviewing and approving final processes.
Collaborates with HR on employee files or status updates.
Prepares forecasts and reviews AP processes and payment approvals.
Manage BSP and CASS accounting processes, refunds, ACM and ADMs, ticket taxes, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
Support local accounting, external audits, and tax filings in collaboration with the Manager.
Input data for Payroll, review, and approve final processes.
Coordinate with HR on employee files and status updates.
Prepare financial forecasts and review AP payments.
Process reports for travel agencies (BSP), handle refunds, chargebacks, and support Sales Department.
Manage AP & Non-AP local disbursements for Corporate.
Handle ACM/ADMs and refunds.
Reconcile local balance sheet accounts.
Process Cargo (CASS) reports.
Support department heads on projects, contracts, or tax concerns.

Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree Accounting experience in Argentina Progressing through CA / CPA or equivalent postgraduate studies Experience with bank and accounts reconciliations Experience assisting with month-end close processes Perform daily accounting, finance, and administrative functions (AR, AP, cargo, payroll, reconciliation, budgeting, tax reporting, compliance, internal controls, facility management) Assist with month-end accounting, journal entries, and ad hoc reports Assist with VAT return, Fringe Benefit Tax, and other indirect taxes Coordinate processing of customer requests and inquiries Comply with SOX, local compliance, and support audits Perform financial administration and ad hoc duties Legally authorized to work in Argentina without sponsorship Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) Successful interview required Reliable with punctual attendance Preferred Master's degree or related experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
