We're looking for a Senior Android Software Engineer who wants to make a difference. You will help design and develop new features around in our Classifieds market:leading app. It's a must to have a think:big mentality as our app has millions of monthly active users in the Emerging Markets in which we have presence all around the globe

What responsibilities will you get when working with us?

Collaborate within your cross:functional squad to design, develop and release new features.Write code focused on keeping a clean and maintainable architecture, contributing to a world:class Android application.Work with other Android engineers all around the globe to create a seamless experience, improving the app performance.Establish the right tools, coding standards and practices to produce high quality software at the right speed.

Work on a multicultural mobile app for all the markets (Latam, Middle East, Africa and India).

What will you need to be successful in this role?

A deep understanding of Java and the Android SDK.

Experience with Android Studio and Gradle build scripts and a current view on the Android development landscape.

A diverse portfolio of previously built Android Apps and lots of experience with third party libraries and APIs.

A solid understanding of RESTful services and of the different caching techniques.

Experience working with Agile methodologies and SCRUM.

Proficient in git and GitHub.

Intermediate english level
