This role will report directly to the head of sales at PlayStation Argentina and in this role, you'd be supporting the Key Account Management (KAM) group across all areas; planning, logistics, sales support etc. If you have experience in electronics and consumer packaged goods sales analysis and planning, then we want to hear from you!
Here, you'll act as the primary owner of all forecasts, demand planning, sales reports and analysis for PlayStation Argentina. Responsibilities:
Generate weekly and monthly sales and product planning reports
Consolidate and submit monthly sell-in and sell-thru forecasts
Lead the official PlayStation monthly forecast submission which involves two key activities:
Coordinate the monthly "Seihan" (demand planning process) submission, working closely with Sony Argentina Sales and Planning teams to ensure product order and flow alignment
Submit the monthly consolidated sales forecast to the SIEA Regional Demand Planning team
Develop a SKU-level inventory and demand report by retailer on a weekly and/or monthly basis
Provide overall sales projections, as well as actual and projected inventory level reports
Play a meaningful role in generating the country P&L and budget reports
Coordinate with SIEA's LATAM Regional Sales, Operations, and Finance teams as well as local Operations and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate product shipments and PO processing
Qualifications
You have substantial (4-5 years) experience as a planner and/or analyst in a consumer goods related position
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience with forecasting, purchase orders or demand planning.
You are a great teammate with effective communication and analytical skills.
You are great with Microsoft Excel
Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
