Senior CRO Manager They're seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization rockstar obsessed with smashing benchmarks.

What You'll Do: Own and execute CRO strategies end-to-end: testing, analysis, and optimization.
Design high-impact experiments in Figma and implement them hands-on.
Collaborate across teams to perfect user journeys and post-purchase upsells.
Build an elite CRO unit by identifying gaps and recommending new hires.
What We're Looking For: 3+ years in CRO and 5+ years in marketing, ideally with DTC experience.
Proven ability to boost CVR and AOV through innovative testing.
Proficient in Figma, UX research, and data analysis (bonus if CLX certified!).
Results-driven, creative, and relentless in breaking industry norms.
