Purpose and objectives

The Digital Customer Engagement Executive Concur is responsible for the on-going success and partnership of named customers within the assigned client base. This position will have responsibility for named accounts and to achieve (sales) renewals objectives, add on / migration opportunity development, on-going retention and reference ability / satisfaction. Key to success in this position is the ability to divert customer interactions through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Successful experience remotely managing a high-volume portfolio of clients consisting of small-sized companies.
- Driven to Make Value Visible to our clients in support of Revenue Under Management (RUM) and Retention goals.
- Desire to rethink existing processes and evolve them into innovative and modern approaches that meet customer’s business needs through digital channels.
- Anticipate, identify and meet customers’ needs.
- A self-starter, with energy, drive and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Retain current revenue footprint and look for expansion opportunities.
- Understand various levels of customer organization (C-Level, System Admin/User, Finance, HR, IT, etc.).
- Advocate for and become voice of the customer within SAP Concur; understand competitive threats and utilize proper escalation channels to help customer during times of need.
- Fast Resolution of problems with streamlined collaboration.
- Experience and understanding for leveraging digital tools.
- Establish automated communications for success metrics, annual goals, and key objectives.
- Strong communication skills for remote customer interactions.
- Know how to get things done through formal channels and informal networks.

Education, Experience & Value Competencies:

- May require limited travel.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, additional fluency in Portuguese a plus.
- 3 - 5 years of Customer Success, Account Management or Sales experience.
- 1+ years sales experience with revenue target and responsibility is a plus.
- Project management experience.
- B.S. or B.A. required.
- Displays passion for & responsibility to the customer.
