About the job: AWS CloudFormation Java React.js Qualifications: At least 5 years of solid experience as a Backend Java Developer. Knowledge and experience in Cloud (AWS). Academic background in related systems fields (student or graduate). Knowledge in Frontend (React) (desirable). Key Skills: AWS CloudFormation Java React.js Main Responsibilities: End-to-end responsibility for the assigned service: enabling and facilitating changes and improvements, maintaining the service technologically updated, understanding user needs. Support the business in defining developments and validate the technical feasibility of initiatives.
Maintain a global view of the service backlog and provide visibility to the business. Supervise the development of new functionalities.
Ensure deployment strategies with quality.
Pursue continuous service improvement using data-driven insights.
Drive and ensure ongoing evolution and improvement. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Manage and develop talent.
Identify necessary profiles and competencies for service management.
Promote a work model that fosters communication between teams.
Oversee team development and satisfaction. Partner with external providers to access external talent and technologies.
