We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Web Developer - React, NodeJS & MongoDB.
Remote, full-time position, long term only
Expected date to start- next week

Working with a minimum of 4-5 hours overlap with Pacific Timezone is a must!
Strong written and spoken English is a must!

Must-haves:
- React, NodeJS
- Redux and Express
- CSS & SASS
- MongoDB
- Agile and Scrum
- Work during PDT timezone business hours
- Knowledge of potential security issues
- Knowledge of mitigation techniques
- Able to build highly performant and fault-tolerant APIs

Please describe your experiences with high traffic systems in a few words

Good to be had advantages:
1. Experience as a lead developer,
development manager, Scrum Master or other roles with significant responsibility
2. ElasticSearch
3. Redis
4. AWS DevOps (EKS, EC2, CloudFront + more)
5. Next.js and Server Side Rendering
