Job SummaryAt Tetra Pak we are looking for a Senior Maintenance Specialist, to ensure compliance with TPMS (Tetra Pak Maintenance System) process and tools.
Drive the implementation and consistent use of the global standards of maintenance management to effectively contribute to system performance and customer experience.
Support development, deployment, and improvement of global maintenance recommendations for Packaging equipment.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring visa or relocation for this position.
What you will doAs a Senior Maintenance Specialist, you will:
Drive continuous improvement of maintenance recommendations via advanced analysis.Drive maintenance customer assessments and deliver customer-adapted maintenance management to secure system performance.Provide support to the Service Engineers to resolve maintenance-related issues, and ensure that the process is consistently followed and applied to ensure rapid and permanent resolution.Provide support in reviewing maintenance recommendations for Service Contracts.Support to grow our Services Solutions sales and coverage.Participate in developing solutions/methodology for improving service quality and productivity of the Maintenance Execution team and market stakeholders.Deliver local training, and coaching for competence development of new Maintenance Specialists.We believe you haveBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Food Science;2+ years of experience in a technical role in Packaging;Understanding of maintenance and reliability concepts;Very good level of English (Must);Team player, sociable, able to collaborate with different departments and stakeholders;Paying attention to details, analytical mindset, results driven attitude;Knowledge of Packaging equipment;Experience in the front line with customers.We Offer YouA variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape.
