WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
Be a do-er. Move teams and individuals
Understand Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies
Take on and directly manage the delivery of our most strategic organizational programs
Excited about getting deep into the details of projects because dirty hands are the best hands
Be able to present to C-Level Execs as well as wide audiences in and outside Looker
Connect people and ideas while resolving conflict in an empathetic and thoughtful way
Be a great communicator Understand Leadership role that requires both Servant and Traditional Leadership
WHAT YOU BRING TO LOOKER
4+ years experience in Program, Product, or other cross functional roles
Understand technology, business processes, and lifecycle
Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall and other methodologies for project management
Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
Experience building partnerships and delivering large cross functional programs
Comfortable working with remote US-based team members
Experience with Jira and setting up workflows a plus
