You will be the Senior Project Engineer for diverse solutions engineering projects in Electrification Business, Argentina. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery for multiple projects on time, within budget, and in line with contract specifications and relevant quality and safety guidelines.
Your responsibilities
Making technical recommendations in the solutions and cells design, testing, installation, and commissioning phases of projects, enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Supporting contract managers with claims, customer specifications and safety standards as well as technical details, costs, and deliverables for sales proposals.
Providing the cost:effective execution of project ELDS deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.
Maintaining a strong network of engineering professionals, sharing engineering best practice across different projects and disciplines to support the development of junior colleagues.
Creating and delivering scope:specific work plans and budgets, alongside risk assessments.
Developing your leadership skills by working with entry:level engineers, technicians and support teams.
Developing, selecting and applying standard techniques, procedures and tools, reporting inefficiencies and identifying improvement opportunities.

Your background
A Bachelor's degree in Electric engineering, or similar field focused in electrical projects.
More than 5 years' experience in a Project Engineer role, working with electric solutions such as cells, control systems.
Sound knowledge of engineering techniques, processes and tools, including substation assembly, secondary cells, contracts, electrical solutions (LV and MV) and AUTOCAD.
Strong commitment to safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
A high level of self:motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
A collaborative approach to working, demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills.
