In this interesting role you will be managing a high quality portfolio of properties varying from small exclusive residential blocks of apartments through to large private estates.
We are looking for a Property Manager with good experience of managing high quality residential blocks of apartments looking to take that next step in their career.
Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the management of property staff to ensure all repairs are undertaken correctly
- Liaison with tenants, clients and landlords - investigating and ensuring prompt and effective responses are given
- Preparation of annual budgets of anticipated expenditure for each property
- Building professional relationships with landlords in order to provide them with an exceptional level of service when assisting them in decision making
- Guiding and leading less experienced property managers within the team
- Planning and management of maintenance and repair work and monitoring and control of regular maintenance contracts
- Monitoring day to day correspondence with tenants
- Arrange and attend Annual General Meetings when required
- Adhering to the highest standards of property management and the latest legal requirements. Meeting all legislative and statutory controls and best practice guidance issued.
Candidates should:
- Have experience as a Property Manager of a block management portfolio
- Be keen to lead as a Senior Property Manager and be part of a professional property management team
- Have good knowledge and an interest in the latest property management legislation
- Display exceptional customer service skills and the desire to adhere to the highest industry standards providing an outstanding service
- Have excellent administrative and numerical skills and precise attention to detail
- Be accurate, numerate and with good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
- Show strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner
