Our teams will span their scope to architecture and development, Integration, DevOps, User Experience and Design, Product definition, Agile coaching.
Requirements
Experience with continuous Quality Schemes, ensuring quality is being honored at every stage of the solution implementation
Wide experience and knowledge around QA frameworks, principles, methodologies and tools across different customers and industries.
Ability to provide leadership to others, obsessive on getting the best quality , transmit QA directives and principles to others.
Good understanding of DevOps practices.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
Analyze requirements, provide suggestions and improvements
Design, create, excecute and follow up automated tests for applications
Create and run both manual and automation test cases
Create defects, verify fixes
Setup test infrastructure and test frameworks, create test plans
Define and track product quality metrics
Apply various testing methodologies and techniques to ensure high:quality product is delivered
On:board newcomers and guide less:experienced team members
Collaborate with Product owner, Scrum Master, Devs
Participate in the sprint and release planning, requirements grooming, daily scrums, retrospectives
Help to define a Quality Assurance Governance Document (QAGD) which defines the standards, procedures, methodologies and frameworks that are recommended to be followed at every single stage of the whole SDLC lifecycle in order to maximize software quality. Review this document with stakeholders to align with expectations.
Assess the solution infrastructure being built by DevOps against a set of quality attributes as work is in progress. Interact with DevOps architect to ensure the quality goals are being reached, or otherwise, provide gaps as an input in order to improve.
Keep continuous interaction and communication with Dev teams and DevOps to ensure the principles set on the QAGD are being followed and honored as expected, as work is in progress, in order to avoid Quality deviations from what is expected.
Provide input to define the methodologies and frameworks to be used in order to implement functional testing, smoke testing, component testing and integration testing.
Collaborate with DevOps Architect to introduce testing automation techniques on the CI/CD pipeline in order to reduce overall time:to:deploy.
Collaborate with DevOps Architect to introduce security automation ( CAS ) on the CI/CD pipeline to ensure code safety and SecOpss overall security requirements compliance.
Excecute local testing of SW components to TL and STL positions , before even the change is committed to the repository, to reduce pipeline check fails and rework.
