Senior Quantity Surveyor

We currently have an opening for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with one of our leading clients.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor role includes the following duties:

- Managing a range of commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations and management of subcontract works packages through to final account.

- Minimise risk and cost, whilst maxismising value by cost checking and analysis of labour, plant and materials.

Your profile should include:

- Experience as a recognised Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness and a focus on profit and cash.

- Construction and civil engineering experience covering many sectors and markets in commerical positions

- Extensive knowledge in managing civils packages up to 10 million in value.

- Experience with large scale and major projects.

- You're strategic; You can disseminate a breadth of internal and external data, and apply sound judgement regarding the strategic direction of the business.

- You are degree qualified in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or a related subject.
