You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change and do so quickly and effectively.Excellent speaking and writing skills in English to engage with a global talent pool.It's not required to have experience working remotely but is considered a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesWork highly effectively to ensure Remote's talent scaling needs are matched, and in particular support sales, operations, marketing, and G&A departments hiring needs for 6 months according to Remote's H1'2024 hiring plan.Work closely with the TA Leadership on support required to ensure the team is successful.Be directly responsible for creating a world-class hiring and candidate experience.Collaborate with managers to understand requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies.Continuously improve the timing between the first Recruiter call and the offer.Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence.Act as an advocate for remote working and values, and ensure our values are experienced throughout the candidate experience.Continuously and proactively improve and initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy.Participate in full-cycle recruiting, including interviews, offers, negotiating, and closing of candidates.PracticalsYou'll report to:Manager, Talent AcquisitionTeam:People TeamLocation: We can hire anywhere in the world, with candidates from EMEA and APAC being prioritised due to business needsStart date: As soon as possibleRemote Compensation PhilosophyRemote's Total Rewards philosophy is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and fairequitypayalong with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce.  We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.The base salary range for this full-time position $36,950 - $52,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
