? Hands-on experience in Java (preferably Java 8+), Web services and services-oriented architecture (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON)

? Experience with version control systems (preferably Git)
? Strong sense of ownership and initiative to fix problems
? Passion for supporting and enabling others to become more productive
