Summary:
The Senior Technical Analyst is a resource with experience developing and supporting technical solutions. The Senior Technical Analyst is accountable for ensuring that the client’s problem domain and associated integration data are understood and that the system integration addresses those needs. The Senior Technical Analyst must be also capable of providing support in installation, deployment and troubleshooting of the technical solution. The Senior Technical Analyst must be a top performer and results-oriented with a proven history of successes working on large scale technology projects, overcoming and delivering on major technical challenges,
offering significant contributions and results, and working with clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Gather, document, analyze and implement integration solutions utilizing web services and APIs in .NET
- Gather, document, analyze and implement integration solutions utilizing SQL statements
- Work with third party applications to ensure best means of message transfers
- Manipulate source code to fix data integrity issues or to extend usability of software code.
- Deploy the Technical Solution in Complex Environments
- Troubleshoot environment issues in the technical solution
- Identify and report technical risks throughout the life of the project and provides mitigation strategies for those risks
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a college or advanced students
- At least 5 years’ experience as an analyst on full life cycle software development efforts
- Strong Background in .NET (C#, Visual Basic), SQL and programming
- Proven experience translating customer business needs and requirements into technical requirements and specifications
- Ability to design Integration Solutions based on multiple technologies (Web Services, XML/XSL, SQL, etc.)
- Experience with Industrial-standard data-transfer protocols (Ftp, http, telnet, SOAP, etc) and associated tools
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Passionate about technology. Interest investigating latest tools and trends.
- Very good communication skills
- Hand-on attitude
- Intermediate English proficiency (verbal and written)
Nice to have
- Experience in performing mission-critical database conversions using 4GL tools
- Experience or knowledge in the following technologies: Software as a Service, Redis, Elastic Stack, AWS, Oracle Cloud
- Intermediate knowledge of databases. Oracle preferred.
- Experience in Pay Media, Telecommunications, Billing Systems highly desirable.
- Experience in implementing ERPs, Billing, CRM or mission critical systems
