As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to address complex business issues from strategy to execution.
The skills and responsibilities associated with this management level include but are not limited to:
Proven technical delivery experience with iterative or agile software development methodologies, specifically SAFe (Scaled Agile) experience preferred.Strong understanding of cloud SaaS architecture principles and integration patterns.Demonstrated strong background in Java, JavaScript, API (SOAP & REST), XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, OAuth 2.0, PGP, MySQL.
Azure and .NET experience are a plus.Experience with Workday integration technologies such as Workday Studio, Report as a Service, 3rd-party payroll integration, Workday connectors, Document Transformation & EIB, and Workday API integrations in both SOAP and REST.
BIRT report design experience is also desirable.Familiarity with Workday HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Security configuration modules.Hands-on experience with technical data analysis, proof of concept, middleware, and problem-solving.Solid understanding of security and data privacy standards, data governance, and best practices in integration and development.Workday Certified Integration, Studio, and CCTPP certifications are preferred.
