Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- To support the planning, design, development and delivery of system solutions for a specific business or technology area;
- To act as a point of contact to gather new IT demand and ensure IT services provided to business according to the capability for existing and new services to ensure that agreed services are being delivered to requirements and that business user expectations and happiness levels are met;
- To ensure service consistency with quality, compliance and security standards and delivery of associated corrective service actions; handle and resolve customer feedback;
- To design, develop and/or deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
Minimum Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Must have a Computer Science, System/Electronic Engineer, Administration or similar Degree; Sophisticated Spanish and English skills (written, reading and speaking);
- Must have 3 years of validated experience with Implementations' Network Projects, maintenance experience, working with Switches, Routers, Telephone support, IP, analog telephone projects, printing, life cycling, SDWAN, CISCO, delivering support IT Incident & Problem Management, Has the ability to seek problems Operations Management and Execution Project Management Leading large and/or diverse multi-functional teams; has knowledge in;
- Must have experience with the requirements customer concern and manage complexity ambiguity and working in collaboration across boundaries;
- Must have experience in project management working with global teams; Working and doing follow up with vendors, taking accountability for the groups and the related change management; Handling internal and external consultants in different locations and time zones; Preferably working in a sophisticated matrix organization; Preferably working before in Pharma companies or with Pharma projects;
- Has excellent abilities to communicate, influence, persuade and negotiate with different teams and partners; Has high ethic and integrity skills; Looks always for Operational Excellence; Has the ability to seek problems and sophisticated issues; Has excellent teammate skills.
