Responsible for the performance of the installation and modification activities required for the delivery of a service or solution in the committed time frame, to specification and with the required quality, for terrestrial and/or satellite last-miles, optimizing the use of resources. Maintains an fluid communication with all involved parties during the delivery process.
Serves as the escalation point for exception problem management of customer troubles and issues in the areas of service activation and test and turn-up.
Job Description
Analyzes additional requirements needed to effect the delivery.
Performs the delivery planning. Assigns activities to the contractors and other company areas.
Performs the delivery, test, certification and documentation of the last miles and the service as a whole. This includes testing the access solutions, installation of the CPE and documentation of tests.
Plan the implementation of the engineering solution, defined by the CD, into a bill of materials. Loads the bill of materials in the work-order management tool, and the requisition through the ERP management system.Creates a work plan.
Updates the delivery process information in the management systems (Cronos, Dash).
Qualifications
University with 2 years of experience.
Telecoms experience.
Experience with Dokuviz and ERP (JDE, Oracle) systems required.
English proficiency at B1 level desirable.
Proficient in MS Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Growing knowledge of the company's products and solutions.
Growing understanding of wireline (copper and FO) and wireless access (point-to-point and point-to-multipoint radio, VSAT, SCPC), CPE (routers, switches, etc.), as well as telecom management systems.
Project management skills desirable.
Growing verbal and written communication and skills.
Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented and customer-oriented professional with an ability to work with general direction.
Growing analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Methodical, organized and detail-oriented. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Growing ability to manage and direct external contractors.
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously
