We are looking for aService Desk Analyst - On Sitefor a Shared Service Center.
The on-site IT support analyst will ensure the proper functioning of personal computing and office technology, being responsible for the active resolution of customer requests and escalations from or as part of the Global Technology Help Desk; Troubleshooting will involve the use of incident management tools, as well as practical or remote assistance at the local level.
Responsibilities:
- Perform practical or remote fixes when necessary, including software installation and update, mobile device management, file backup implementation and application configuration
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot end-user hardware, peripheral devices, print / scan devices, telephone and other products.
- Perform preventive maintenance, including verification and cleaning of workstations, printers and peripherals.
- Perform pilot tests on systems and applications and provide feedback to interested teams before launching into production
- Manage the elimination of computers and network devices according to the global policy.
- Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases and resources for frequently asked questions on the Internet to help solve problems
- Develop and maintain the inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, printers, scanners, network devices and other peripheral equipment.
- Communicate with third-party equipment and support providers, place purchase orders for new hardware (Dell, toners, peripherals)
- Record, track and document problem-solving processes, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, until final resolution
- Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends to prevent future problems.
- Manage mobile plans and configure / support mobile devices
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Services Desk and Customer Services of previous technology in a business environment, aligned with the best practices of ITIL.
- Microsoft MCP wants or other appropriate certification
- Great knowledge of computer hardware, including Dell workstations and laptops
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office
- Advanced or Bilingual English Language Level.
- Students of related careers in technology and systems.
- Flexibility to work in rotating schedules
