Service Performance Analyst

Rosario, Santa FeThis position is responsible for producing and analyzing performance results for CBS and the functions serviced by CBS via a strong partnership with global process owners and managers, global operating leads, and center performance analysts.
50 Responsible for developing dashboards ensuring accuracy and reporting metricsDaily Operations DashboardsOperational Performance scorecardsAd Hoc project related dashboards and reports (Customer insights, Financial analysis, etc)
30 Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvementEnsure identified opportunities are tracked according to the continuous improvement processIdentify root causes, trends and issuesReport resultsFollow:up on actions identified to ensure completion
20 Other duties as assignedProvide support for continuous improvement projectsProvide data extracts and ad hoc reporting requestsTrack project related complianceSupport other center initiatives as needed
Qualifications

Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in business, finance, statistics, math, or related discipline2:3 years relevant work experience in performance metrics and data analyticsProficiency in conducting data modeling analysis with software applications supporting business intelligence and data analytics (Power BI, Tableau, etc)Proficiency at least one programming language: VB, SQL, Python, RExcellent verbal and written communication skills; communicates effectively to all levels of the organizationStrong track record of delivering complex work on timeExperience working in a virtual, global environmentAbility to manage time, balance multiple tasks and constantly work with changing prioritiesStrong numerical abilitiesAbility to analyze data and identify trends and data errorsAbility to present data effectively in a variety of formatsStrong attention to detailDemonstrated effective interpersonal, teamwork and networking skillsAbility to quickly learn and utilize new reporting systems and toolsFluent in English, other languages a plusPreferred QualificationsExperience in a shared services environmentContinuous improvement skills
