Job Purpose
:
Maintain and facilitate the operation of the equipment ensuring productivity, product quality, continuity and safety of the same in optimal condition.

Generate a detailed record of all maintenance activities performed on production equipment.
Key Responsabilities
:
Detect and solve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults that occur in the machinery
:
Make modifications and / or adaptations to the equipment for better operation according to the specific needs of the area
:
Provide constant training in the operation and maintenance of equipment to ensure that the operator can work with the machines in safe conditions and with an optimum level of productivity.
:
Supervise the work performed by external suppliers regarding equipment modifications, revisions or adaptations.
:
Repair the parts that were removed from the equipment when serviced, to be reused and incorporated into the warehouse stock.
:
Ensure complete registration and description of the tasks performed during your day in a timely manner on the digital platform for this purpose.

Experience in the use of tools for welding, grinding, pneumatics, extractors, heating, measurement, calibration, etc.
