Role Summary:
This role is responsible for driving Site Planning, Preparation and Site Readiness and installation processes in the regional “Healthcare Project Management” structure, with objective to achieve GE internal requirements compliance, customer satisfaction and company success. It is also responsible for high predictability of project deliverables and for supporting actively our regional QARA and EHS programs. He also leads the regional Installation contractor and Channel Partners activities
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Coach and strengthen the regional pre-installation team, including sub-contractors and Channel Partners. Provide directions.
2. Ensure the needed resources are identified and requested in due time.
3. Control the sub-contractors activities and results
4. Conduct new or existent site assessment for site validations and feasibility according to GEHC Standard processes and documents.
5. Act as a facilitator to drive eventual installation issues to closing
6. Provide support to external and internal Customers on all steps in site planning activities and project management of installation. Pursue customer satisfaction through a high quality site management.
7. Discuss design and installation issues with each customer as needed. Plan and conduct project follow up meeting with customers and their construction partners.
8. Work with HPM COE and Shared Services structure following standard requirements and process.
9. Perform site tests and feasibility assessment as required
10. Prepare site preliminary drawings
11. Lead and maintain ownership during entire project cycle (Wing 2 Wing) using Project Management tools and systems from site feasibility to applications end.
12. Provide logistic and technical support to Logistic team.
13. Set accurate Site Readiness timeline projections
14. Support other business areas providing accurate update information, for production, project execution and revenues recognition purposes.
15. Complete and execute internal systems and workflow process.
16. Prepare and maintain site and projects reports according to business needs
17. Participate in related operational mechanisms,
18. Ensure high quality site planning documents and drawings are delivered to Customers.
19. Prepare and maintain projects data and files updated in PMI tool system.
20. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and local regulations.
21. Lead EHS policies during our construction projects.
22. Comply with GE QARA and EHS rules and procedures.
23. Lead Helium calculations for each project and support in RF Shielding and Helium procurement.
24. Implement simplifications and continuous enhancement programs, main focus on quality improvement, cycle time and cost reduction (Supplies).
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Graduate in Engineering or Architecture.
2. At least 2 yrs of proven project management experience in building construction projects.
3. AutoCAD design skills and excellent ability to understand technical construction drawings.
4. Excellent verbal, written and communication skills. Proficient in the soft skills necessary to be an effective project manager and interact with customer representatives: finance managers, physicians, hospital managers, third party civil engineering, constructors and government.
5. Proven leadership, problem solving and effective decision making capabilities. Ability to monitor and manages critical path elements of projects. Ability to deal and manage all aspects of customer service, customer satisfaction and contractual commitments.

7. Fluent in English and country local language
