As a member of our Rates Technology team you will dive into creating innovative solutions for our Rates Derivatives Business. You’ll join an inspiring and curious team dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products.
You’ll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what’s being developed. Coming in with an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development-such as Agile frameworks-is key.
And best of all, you’ll be working with and sharing ideas,
information and innovation with our global team of technologists from all over the world.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Math or equivalent training and relevant experience.
- Experience in Object Oriented Programming (Python, Smalltalk, C#/C++, Ruby or similar).
- Good oral and written communications skills in English with the ability to be highly effective with both technical and business partners
- Experience on Financial Products/Industry domain or willingness to learn about it.
- Work closely with customers and analysts to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes, research, evaluate & recommend alternative solutions for our risk management platforms.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency, while maintaining attention to detail
